Martin Luther King Jr. Day falls on the third Monday every January but Dr. King's birthday is actually January 15, 1929. Today remember the man that was an vital part of not just American history but World History. As a nation, we take this day and the third Monday of January to celebrate the birthday of Martin Luther King Jr., as well as, to celebrate providing service.
